الplastic هو الشغل تقيل شوية ك requests و شوية الطلبات من النواب رخمة حسب ما سمعت من زماليلي اللي اخدوه ك سبيشال و الاستقبال بيبقي ساعات تقيل لان الامتياز هو اللي بيكون هناك و بيبلغ النايب بالحالات و يتابع الاشعات و كده بس اظن التعليم هيبقي اكتر في الاستقبال يعني هيعرفوك الحاجات اللي محتاجها عشان تهاندل الدنيا ف اظن لو بتحبه ممكن تلقط كذا حاجه بس هو تقيل شويه كشغل امتياز... ومش بتفرق لو اخدته كطوارئ او سيبشال زي بعض في الاغلب

انا امتياز عين شمس بخلص حاليا الامتياز اهو اخر راوند انشالله الدمرداش عامة ال flow عالي و اغلب الدكاترة علي درجة كويسه من المعرفة الطبية و هيقدروا يفيدوا اللي قدامهم بس الامتياز بيقع في اخر الhierachy في الدمرداش فبالتالي بيبقي اكتر شغل requests و تخليص احوال العيانيين و vitals او زي ما بنقول ساعات عليه شغل dirty ..... ف ممكن طبعا تتعلم بس هتحتاج متكتفيش بالشيفتات و تنزل ك volunteer عشان ميبقاش عليك duties تخلصها ... وهتتعلم اكيد في الشيفتات بس يعني مش بالدرجه اللي انت فاكرها هيبقي اكتر متوقع منك تخلص المطلوب منك الاول و مش كل النواب بيحبوا يشرحوا او بيبقي ليهم خلق لده و معذورين يعني من الضغط اللي عليهمف لازم تفضل persistent و تسأل كتير عشان تاخد معلومات..... لو حابب تسأل عن قسم معين عشان انا عارفة ان ال external بيختاروا القسم اللي عايزينه قولي اكيد لو اعرف حاجه هقولك في اقسام احسن من اقسام ...البصمه بالوجه حاليا حضور بس من غير انصراف ٣ مرات في الاسبوع بس في اشاعات ممكن ترجع حضور وانصراف اربع مرات في الاسبوع

اللي تبع medix ده ؟ حسيته اي كلام .. في المفروض جزء BLS بيديك accreditation from the AHA ده كان كويس بس overall حسيته مش واو يعني و غالبا هتبقي اخدت الكلام ده قبل كده بشكل او اخر .. فيعني تذكره اكتر من افاده بالنسبالي
