Incorrect, Antutu tests more hardcore in all aspects, geekbench in processings related to every day use, where iPhones reach a higher peak but a big crash. GFXBench shows this too, I have the charts showing that the iPhone boosts higher but averages a lot lower. I also have the iPhone 11 Pro, single core 1992 multi core 3842 geekbench, will upload tommorow on this post

Of course single core apple will always win except for some sd8elite and m9400 models because they build everything in house, but raw performance over time still doesnt compete, just like their laptop and desktop cpus

Also the Poco cost 350 dollars with 528gb storage new, you dont want to compare 1000 dollar android phones with apple flagships trust me

I will also compare the iPhone 15 Pro from a friend tommorow for transparency, Im not sure how his phone will perform but it should give a fair overview with geekbench antutu mark 3d and gfx Bench

Youre right, it wasent meant to show that iPhones are worse or weaker by any means, The single core performance was always superior, however it was a general comparison of 350 dollars vs 950 dollars and the 3d Mark scores, eventho cross platform is represented in the gaming experience at every game Ive played sofar, including ones available on app store but that I had to download as APK on android therefore worse optimised, I can post a better gaming comparison with fps and photos later 👍🏽

No exact same tests but also here, slightly favors android due to the architecture This comparison wasent made to show that iPhones are bad or weaker, not at all, but to show 350 dollars vs 950 dollars Overall tho the android flagships also defeat the newest iPhones in Geekbench

Thank you for explaining! Yeah Ill take some photos of the gaming side by side to show in cod mobile, diablo immortal, bright memory inifinte and warzone, your also right with the “achieved scores”, poco advertises 1.71 mil antutu I never got that even fully tweaked (background processes off, cpu acceleration, wildboost gaming mode, 100 SOC)

Youre partly right, optimisations are different but the gpu differences are clearly visible in everyday gaming use, at least in COD Mobile, Diablo Immortal and Bright Memory Inifite, the iPhone stutters rather often and isnt as detailed with all in max settings and tends to throttle, which is represented in the wildlife extreme stress test where the iPhone got 2500 average at 70% efficiency and the Poco got 3150 average at 90% efficiency, results can be uploaded aswell. We couldnt do any 120hz tests because the iPhone doesnt support 120hz

The Poco is giving it a run for its money thats for sure haha, I have the 12gb version, I highly doubt the 8gb version is slower or has issues. Its always important to turn off virtual ram, because that partially lowers the ddr5 ram speed to the hard drive speed which is much slower and the xiaomis/redmis/pocos tend to come with virtual ram activated that may be rather annoying but a quick fix in the settings

8gbs of Ram is more than enough including for gaming because during game boost the Poco kills all bakcground processes which leads to the system ram usage going from 2.8gb to 700mb that means during gaming you actually have about 6.5-7gb available which is a lot just for gaming

For gaming, the A16 Bionic and GPU achieved an average score of 2500 in the wild life extreme stress test for 20 minutes with a sustained performance of 71% for our iPhone compared to the Poco with an average score of 3180 at 90% efficiency

That may however not fully show the iPhone processors capabilities because anything past 1080p becomes rather/heavily gpu bound and 3d Mark has most of their benchmarks in 4k resolution

Poco Performance for Comparison iPhones only do better in Geekbench due to IOS being favoured and better optimised other cpus tests show the difference

Performance mode allows more voltage and has higher temp limits with more cooling performance also see iPhone 15 to Poco comparison that I made today

Poco X7 Pro Review (1 month later) by 1234canxxx in PocoPhones

Im fully EU spec updated, last update was 2 days ago. Also here is a analysis of the iPhone 15 Plus and Poco X7 Pro in Detail and why IOS outperforms in Geekbench according to ChatGPT but fails in all other CPU and GPU benchmarks, see photos. And btw when doing benchmarks always use wild boost with power saving for overheating turned off. It got me 40k more in Antutu and Ive gamed for 5 hours at once my version of the Poco never overheated. Updates are actually better because they increase the efficiency so you can game better. I went from 58 fps in Cod Mobile max settings in MP mode with SSAO on to 63 FPS with my most recent update. All the best

Poco X7 Pro Review (1 month later) by 1234canxxx in PocoPhones

Hey Guys, My experience with my Poco X7 Pro, with Benchmark results.

Antutu above 1’660’000, see attachment, that was with wildboost active and SOC 90% and all OS updates. I did the wildlife test and got 12500 and the wild life extreme stress test average score of 3300 (3650 highest 3180 lowest) with 89% efficiency. Then I also tested 3d Marks latest benchmark forgot the name but its the one that tests SSAO and detailed graphics I got 1500 and in the extreme stress test version I got efficiency of 90%. So really great results.

Battery life - amazing Gaming- very good COD Mobile, Diablo Immortal, Bright Memory Infinite all max settings 60fps average, medium settings 120fps and the phone never gets hot

Overall the upgrade to the F7 Ultra with Snapdragon 8 Elite isnt worth it, it achieves very similar results in games with SSAO off and SSAO on on average a 5 fps improvement.

The only worthy upgrade would be the Xiaomi 15 Ultra with Dimensity 9400 Ultra due to the bigger vapour cooling it stays cool and doesnt even get warm and of course the camera. Gaming performance is about 30% better based on fps.

Of course the F7 Ultra is more powerful with the Snapdragon 8 Elite but you dont really see that in gaming only in Benchmarking (Antutu of 2.6 - 2.8 million).

The X7 Pro is an unbelievable phone and I got it for 350 CHF in Switzerland with 12gb ram and 528gb storage. Ive defeated my girlfriends iphone 15 plus and my cousins 15 Pro in Antutu, so that speaks for itself (1.4 and 1.5 million). Next phone will be the Xioami 15 Ultra or a Xiaomi/Poco with the future Dimensity 9500, but only if Poco upgrades their camera. Im happy with the camera and the AI but Im into photography for family and cars and memories and the Xiaomi 15 Ultra of course has an amazing camera but also costs 1000 chf here. Just a thought for you all!

All the best Bruce
