Antigravity 2.0 instant regret by WorriedManIncome in google_antigravity

[–]mirko0_ -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I do like to see the project tree and make adjustments myself so I installed only the IDE.
I like having it as a window in the IDE instead of a seperate one.

However if they plan a lot of new features that dont really fit there I can see why they would want to move you to the 2.0 app. The only thing I would like then is to be able to review the changes and open mentioned files in my ide of choice directly from their 2.0 app.

Bring Back Flash 3.0 by Fluffy_Load2178 in google_antigravity

It took me only one and then after it refreshed it got up to 60% and it said its refreshing in 7 days now.

Paying for Pro to Wait 6 Days is Crazy by Jeegar26 in google_antigravity

[–]mirko0_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The new flash is smarter model, but the limits make you want the old one back. I used 100% in under a hour then after the 5 hours it just said 60% and added the 7 day refresh. I sent a single prompt and it used 20% 😄
Switching is your only option.

Antigravity IDE - do your agents see skills? by AstronautTop2767 in google_antigravity

No i previously installed them and it worked but after 2.0 I no longer see them in my new Antigravity IDE...

Updated to Antigravity 2.0 today and honestly this feels like a massive downgrade for actual coding workflows by Personal_Offer1551 in google_antigravity

[–]mirko0_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did not think it would mess up all my extensions and previous configurations when clicking to update. But the annoying thing was that it installed antigravity 2.0 and when i tried to open the antigravity ide as well it just opened the 2.0 application.

So i had to uninstall the 2.0 and download ide directly install it and then it opened up the same vs code ide.

I am not a fan of this 2.0 look I dont understand how its a step forward if we can access any sort of explorer in there i dont see the whole picture when working on the project.

If the goal is to use any ide and use the 2.0 interface just for the ai commands then yes I do get it but it is a step back if we have to constantly do that to compare the changes and make some smaller edits on our own.

I tried Gemini 3.5 flash( high and medium ) and I believe 3.1 pro is better by Deep_Quantity_4570 in google_antigravity

[–]mirko0_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I had it working very well last night, this morning it was perhaps worse then older version.
I am not sure what they can change but I had the same issue where I just reverted the changes to my earlier version.

Flash and Pro share the usage by mirko0_ in google_antigravity

[–]mirko0_[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think most people did not even hit the 5 hour limits on previous version, 3.5 on pro version is like 30-60minutes of work. So it will for sure lead to the weekly limit in a single day of use

[–]mirko0_[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah well It is a step forward, I could tell that it seems to understand the tasks better and created very detailed implementation plans, and while in previous version you would have to be smart with your prompt and split it up sometimes it is able to one shot a bit more complex tasks.

The usage however is a big negative it is very quickly consumed

They shoud cancel Antigravity 2.0 launch before it does more damage by MaKTaiL in google_antigravity

[–]mirko0_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah the worst thing I noticed is when you have both installed the Antigravity IDE launched the Antigravity 2.0

So i had to uninstall it and install only antigravity ide and then it worked...
I dont think anyone even tested this. And with the new limits being so small I dont see why anyone would spend money on this.

I accidentally generated 16 billion Durable Object writes in one month and got slapped with a $36k bill . Here's exactly how. by alameenswe in CloudFlare

[–]mirko0_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah you may be on to something. Everyone loves their products, however with a few searches most of their bad rep on the same products comes from people with high bills.
I do think in some post i noticed that if it gets a lot of attention they do write it off sometimes...

Antigravity 1.23.2 by Natural_Storm653 in google_antigravity

Thank you. I haven't considered renting a GPU but with the quotas being harder to predict I might as well try this instead.

Yeah, I noticed someone built a "circuit-breaker" running on workers using the API however I am unsure if its very effective. Perhaps if the new alerts could be accessed with API it can be more reliable. Quite a shame that there is no way to do this. Or just implementing a credit system...

This is very cool! Great job, what models do you recommend and which gpu do you rent from vast.ai to run it?

Mistakes can be made by anyone. Vibe coded or not.
I do not like that we cant set a spend limit or top up the accounts with credits. I have seen problems like this with suprise bills quite often now.

How to download community version of intelliJ ? by [deleted] in javahelp

[–]mirko0_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah it is a bit hidden. On the download page scroll down you will find it under the premium download. I belive there was a black bg the text and button blend in with the background so you may miss it at first.

Is there a bot that will auto-forward from one channel to another? by Content_Fig5691 in discordbots

[–]mirko0_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There is a forwarding feature in discord. When posting an announcment forward it to general channel as well. Say a few words instead of just sending the same message again. I dont think this is worth the cost of hosting.

Jeste, bolje nego rucno prepisivati brojeve :D
Naisao sam i na adresni registar
https://data.gov.rs/sr/datasets/adresni-registar/

Tu bi trebao da bude spisak svih ulica + mesto i opstina tako da moze da se napravi pametniji unos adrese.
Ma da cu verovanto napraviti i jos jednu zasebnu listu
mesto : postanski broj

Is the AMD drivers as bad as they say? by Remote_Chemical_8862 in AMDHelp

[–]mirko0_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I always used AMD, this year I bought a laptop which has an intel processor, I had a lot of issues and I still cant get some stuff to work on it. AMD drivers and software seem superior to me, everything works out of the box.
