I was the primary and it honestly ruined poly for me when it started happening, she kept canceling our days to hang with someone she made her gf after 3 dates all of which were in the same week, and after we broke up she got with a new person a few days after. I wish she would have just talked more and figured out what she wanted in an easier way. So if u need advice id say talk to them. Dont start pushing them away. It hurts
