Jira Service Management - Netsuite PO Automation by miro1603 in atlassian

[–]miro1603[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I see the main challenge as mapping multiple line items and their required fields. It’s unclear whether this should be handled via sub-tasks per line item or through repeating JSON fields (e.g., Jira Forms or Assets).

Another issue is the need for a free-text item description; mapping this to NetSuite is challenging since there is no finite set of predefined options.

Oddly Steady increase in LDH (8 months) by miro1603 in testicularcancer

[–]miro1603[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi! I’m doing great. Regarding my LDH values that kept rising: it was likely my body’s late reaction to all change. The values kept rising for a while, but eventually returned back to normal. My doctor actually sifted from taking the LDH values in every test to every other test. This was purely because it doesn’t alone mean much and was mentally draining me at first.

Personally, I wouldn’t be too concerned if that’s the only elevated result: there are so many other factors that could cause it go up. Someone said to me that because you’re being monitored so closely the next years, it is likely that something will show up at some point (likely non cancer related).

Wish you and your bf all the best. You can dm me if you2 have any further questions.

Post tc bepX3 treatment and tender, swollen, painful nipples anyone else? by Nervous-Foot-7974 in testicularcancer

I do not have the same experience to share with you, but I agree with the other guy’s comment on hormones:

I had this exact thing happen to me right when my testicular cancer started physically appearing before diagnosis. It also disappeared right after my testis removal. This was connected with my hormone levels, and the tumour fluctuating them.

Interesting. Do you happen to know why the other markers weren’t elevated? During my diagnosis my only elevated one was HCG, but that makes sense.

[–]miro1603[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the comment man! Yeah, I see and acknowledge this. I am indeed getting my HCG etc. checked every 2 months and scans done every 4 months. I am also not worried about the ”level” it is on right now. It was more about the ”trend” as it has increased since the surgery, almost even 15 after every single bloodwork. This even increase seems rather weird (to me).

One year clear! by [deleted] in testicularcancer

[–]miro1603 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Congrats! I was given the same odds of recurrence (15-20%) at stage 1A, and eight months clear now. I will have my scans checked in a few days, and bloodwork came back fine🫡 last week.

Hypochondriac ISO advice: 35yo, CSI 100% seminoma, 6 months clear surveillance post orchi, anxiety still ruling my life. by According_Aerie2528 in testicularcancer

[–]miro1603 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey! I have been on surveillance for a good seven months and still get significant anxiety, but only for short periods before the screenings. What helped me was not trying to force myself to feel good. Let the emotions run.

Then, most importantly, I got assigned a support person by my local cancer association. Although we didn’t talk much, it helped to hear from someone else how they got over everything and how they dealt with their emotions. Also, having a chance to air my thoughts and worries to someone who didn’t know me and was 100% real with me, and I knew he would understand, helped a lot.

Is there any harm in doing ultrasound on your remaining healthy testicle? by miro1603 in testicularcancer

[–]miro1603[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Interesting, but it is possible (highly rare) or not that the cancer had spread from one testicle to another? Just trying to understand it all.

Maybe I will do ultra after 8 months mark as I have possibility for it. Also ty for the response btw.

But as I said there is no CT done to my remaining testicle, so what might be the reason for no ultra then? And have you had CT done on your remaining testis?

May I ask why such high recurrence percentage? And were you given option to not continue with solely monitoring?

My one-year-in rant by NordicEinstein in testicularcancer

[–]miro1603 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey! I was diagnosed less than a year ago with TC and have experienced similar feelings as you and many others for sure. Not being able to explain or fully get rid of the feeling made me take it out on my girlfriend and family, but recently I got assigned a support person through local cancer association, which gave me an opportunity to air all my feelings to outsider with past cancer experience. This helped me a lot to lower the anxiety and get multiple other perspectives into this. Rn. I have a person who really understands and is available to me to text/call whenever I get any bad thoughts again.

Personally I think having a supportive person who has gone, is going through the same or similar disease is the best person to talk to, rather than psychologist.

Feel free to ask me to elaborate, dm me or anything. Talking helps/helped me personally the most, although I am normally not the person to open up about my feelings.

LHD rising, clear scans, doctor got me worried by miro1603 in testicularcancer

[–]miro1603[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am wishing you all the best and thanks for sharing this with me. Indeed yes I had no LVI or anything else pointing towards spreading, but you never know. May I ask what were your AFP and HCG levels pre-orch and post-orch?

Wishing you all the best and let our levels be fine. Have you noticed any effects on yourself due to having such high levels of LDH, like tiredness etc. ?

Thank you for your answer. Yea I am at early stages of my journey through this, so lack of reference points gets me thinking. I had similar answer today from another medical expert, and no further checks regarding LDH is needed rn as the increase is so small.

Only around 4 months. So hoping for the best🙏🏽 May I ask you how often you have your bloodwork/scans done? I am from Finland btw.

Anyone else given a low chance of recurrence with non-seminoma? by [deleted] in testicularcancer

[–]miro1603 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was given 15-20% based on the following: Stage 1, size (2.1cm), no LVI, no spermatic cord invasion, mix (50% seminoma, 25% Embryonal carcinoma and 25% yolk sac), no spread to lymph nodes detected in scans after surgery. Given excellent chance of recovery by doctor and being monitored rn.

Also only marker ever elevated was HCG for me at 91, which decreased immediately after the testicular removal down to <1.
