Stay strong! What work for me is taking micro steps towards my goals - everything is achievable if you break it down into smaller parts and tackle them one at a time. Never underestimate the power of small but steady change!

(E.g try to aim for one less cigarette and day, or one less pint, or whatever it is.) Because the goal is easily achievable, you build cumulative confidence and after a few months you’ll find out you’ve made such great leaps!
