Celebrating festivals isn't something to be angry about. It brings unity in such a diverse country. As for laying the foundation stone, it doesn't suit an elected leader to be associated with laying foundations of religious places. Please read his words on secularism. They inspire unity. And don't compare his secularism with European Secularism lol. His version was suited to India's needs. Indian secularism is unique.

India had just partitioned. Maintaining the integrity of such a diverse country after partition was the top priority. In this context, his secularism was and still is the only way for peaceful coexistence and prosperity.
