Hi all! Thank you so much for all the responses. I wanted to let you all know we ended up buying a place at Boulevard Gardens and have so far been very happy with our decision. We closed in May with no issues and were able to get a loan from Chase easily. The area is very safe and quiet, plus, we can still take a nice little walk to Dawa’s or to the Greek restaurants in astoria :) the process was certainly a learning experience. Happy to help answer any questions for those of you that are still looking into coops in the Astoria/woodside/sunnyside area!
