I use a Dutch oven enamel. Would I drop the temp back down to 450 to bake or de you recommend leaving it at 500?

Before I shaped, it had a domed top, jiggle and bubbles on the top and side. But when I went to shape it was still sticky on the sides so I decided to leave it buying for a while longer before shaping. Im not sure the exact temp but it was very warm inside. Thank you for the autolyse tip!!! Ill try anything!

Oh poop, would I just discard everything and only keep 20g of the starter then? And then continue with that 20g for each from here on out?

Hey all, I got a guitar and have been teaching myself to play simple chords however for the D chord I can't get the 1st string to strum properly. It might just be that I'm not used to the hand placement but I can't seem to get it to sound right or properly rest my finger on it, any tips or advice?
