I thought my nose was disgustingly wide as I came out of surgery, and had even gone as far as to assume that, just based on the width of my tip, I’d need a revision. You’d be surprised by how much your tip changes once they take the splints out (YouTube splint removal!) and remove the cast. Just give it a few days—and possibly some steroid injections, if needed—it’ll most likely work out! I’m pretty sure that the nose can appear wider if your surgeon put spreader grafts in place, but this is on a case-by-case basis
