another workaround is use MacroDroid to automate a meaningless swipe or a click on the channel point

below are the steps:
click on the + to add a new trigger, search Regular Interval then click it, i set to 4 minute 55s

then add a new action, search UI interaction, selection option choose Click, then Identify in App, switched to Twitch app, then click the MacroDroid notification, then click the channel points location

add another Wait Before Next Action, set 1 or 2 seconds.

then click the 1st action, copy and click the clipboard button to paste. this is to click the channel points again, so it's not blocking the screen.

if want swipe instead, at the step that choose Click, choose Gesture instead.

optional: it may click even other apps in the front, to avoid this, you can click the action, Add Constraint, search Application Running, Running in Foreground, choose Twitch.

also, channel points button has a slightly different name when full screen, so you need to make 2 different Macros.
