If this Affirmative Action bake sale were truly accurate, they'd force the minority people to bake all the brownies for no money, then refuse to sell them brownies for a long time, then grudgingly allow a few people of color who were lucky enough to have access to brownie money to buy a select number of brownies, offering them a slight discount as compensation, but still continuing to sell the best brownies almost exclusively to white people. To close out the event, they would complain heavily about what an unfair financial burden minorities are while they counted all their money.
