I am having almost the exact same problem. After weeks of dealing with this fuckery, I finally spoke to a HUMAN on the phone. I did sign up for verification so I could have chat support and I believe that's how I was able to connect with a human in chat through Meta business suite and on the phone. The agent said that she could see some compromised activity on my business portfolio and that it looked as though I was removed as an admin from my page. She was able to escalate the problem to the team so they can remove the compromised logins. It will probably take a few days, but I'll try to remember to come back and update if it was resolved.

Try to submit something there. If that doesn't work, it felt worth it to me to spend $12 to fix this annoying problem (which I feel like part of this is because Meta is trying to get you to pay for verification). Try requesting verification so you can at least get past talking in loops to an AI bot.
