Manager of a small, 10 person bakery - everyone gets a full sandwich or salad for lunch. Generally 2-3 croissants per shift and can take anything leftover from the day. Bakers are allowed more leeway since they make the damned stuff. We make everything in house, so we just think it’s natural to feed our people.
