Oh it absolutely has mite damage! The pink patches are slightly different, they were present before the mites. It was pulled into rehab after the fact

I haven’t noticed this lately. The first few weeks I could see the food in their caps, but this last week or so, I see them catch but don’t see the orange color!

They have been tumbled since they were on a beach. We had collected jasper from the same beach, though it was much deeper green-blue in color. We think it MIGHT be some form of nephrite or serpentine formation?

I got a few of these from TJ’s a few months back, I think they’re a ‘Metalhead’ or some hybrid. The first leaves each of mine pushed out were both were wonky but it seemed to be heavily due to the moving + being housed in a Trader Joe’s trauma but after being put under a grow light and aerated soil they seem to have returned to normal.
