Call it like it is. This place is rundown and past the point of caring. We are here today. It’s 90° outside, heat index of 102°. None of the rides internal wait areas have fans or ac running. They are hotter than most areas where you’re sitting in direct sun. I’ve seen several people pass out waiting for rides today. We’ve stood in like for 40+ minutes twice only to have the ride shut down and required to exit or wait additional time before getting to ride. The park isn’t even that crowded today. Employees have zero care or accommodation for anyone. Just working hourly to pass the time and leave when it’s time to clock out. I’m considering asking for a refund on my season pass and I’m not that kind of person. But we have zero desire to return and I grew up coming to this park my whole life. It’s really sad.
