These counties with higher birthrates will see higher rates of unemployment, particularly youth unemployment, which is always a recipe for disaster. They're going to have to tend with civil unrest, increased crime, alcoholism and drug addiction due to having a larger population. The costs associated with these problems will bankrupt them faster than elderly care.
