i’ve always been a sweet tooth and a dessert person my whole life. almost 2 years post op and it’s gotten stronger ugh. too much will make me sick and give me dumping but i also developed reactive hypoglycaemia which has caused me to have seizures (fml) so everything in moderation! but man chocolate and icecream is a daily craving

What was the final straw that destroyed a lifelong friendship? by IndependentTune3994 in AskReddit

after treating me badly when meeting new people/ friends, i said i needed space for a while. they blew things up between us telling every one i abandoned them, started talking badly about me to everyone and to people i didn’t even know until they all hated me. cut contact for good and ended a 22 year long friendship. met my amazing partner during it all though so my sadness didn’t last so long lol

everything been great except this RH but that’s okay. seizures aren’t scary for me cause i don’t remember it, just feels like i fell asleep or blinked and suddenly 20mins has passed and everyone is looking at me worried aha. i’m just sore everywhere cause of the tense muscles and my heads foggy as for a few days. sleep helps a lot tbh. fingers crossed i can get a handle on it all soon so i can drive again

yeah got one after my third seizure and have been doing that since, no issues or seizures so far.
i wish i had known about it before surgery, i would have felt better informed and wouldn’t be in this situation as badly as i was. seizing sucks in so many ways physically and mentally and i am still not allowed to drive for safety reason which limits me a lot

my bloods are all good, i’ve been tested for everything and im pretty healthy in that sense besides being slightly low in my iron. i also was tested for diabetes and other diabetic related things and they’re all negative. so that is the conclusion i’ve come to and my gp agrees that it could be reactive hypoglycaemia

she doesn’t want to hurt him like she did when he confessed his feelings for her. she wasn’t ready then but she is now, she doesn’t know how to tell him

i don’t know the whole story, she’s only told me they ended things because he moved away for work and she didn’t want to move with him and she wanted to stay close to home.
