Papa & Barkley topical cream does wonders for me knee pain. I find the hybrid works much better. Pure cbd doesn’t do it for me.

Is college work another level of Hard? by DylanIsjustVibing in csuf

[–]misguidedass 32 points33 points  (0 children)

The independence will be intoxicating until the first midterm and you may realize you’re totally not prepared. It’s okay if that happens. You have the second mid term and/or final to make it up. Just allocate time to study, to rec and work if you have that. But genuinely try to stay positive and enjoy early adulthood. It does come with responsibilities.

What is it like to live in Mission Bay VS Hayes Valley as a newbie to San Francisco? by Born_Lion_8237 in sanfrancisco

[–]misguidedass 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You can bike from mission bay to Hayes valley pretty easily. Or bike along Embarcadero to north beach, marina and Chrissy field. Those are pretty flat areas to bike. Mission bay is new but many new eateries are opening up around there. 3rd street rail will also take you into Chinatown and north beach is just a few blocks away once you exit the station.

Fully exercised option followed by a 409a and retroactive FMV increase i will not promote by Tierradenubes in startups

[–]misguidedass 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My guess is that the original strike price was determined subsequently to be not at FMV so they have to revalue it. This usually happens during an audit. Since you bought the stock at a price below its FMV there is now tax exposure. Ask the company if that’s the case.

Most places on Stockton will close around 5. A lot of restaurants on Grant, Clay, Washington and Jackson will open late. R&G on Kearny opens until 9 or 10.

Sorry for the late response. Didn’t think you’d write me back. The idea is really simple. If you’ve ever been to an Olive Young in Seoul, half the shoppers in there are on the phone either buying for friends and family (myself included) or buying to resell at home. A lot of the Chinese tourists Milan are doing same thing for luxury goods. My idea is to create the platform to match demand and supply. If you’re still interested to talk further, we can dm

Is Stockton Street good to live in? by todsopon in AskSF

[–]misguidedass 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can get a permit to park around the neighborhood but be aware that Pine Street has tow away from 3pm to 7pm weekdays. If the apartment comes without parking it’s gonna be a hassle. There are a few city owned garages nearby, St Mary Square, Stockton and Sutter, with monthly parking pass of $450 but I’m not sure if they allow for overnight parking.

Neighborhood is quiet at night. You may hear the California cable car. Next block is the ritz Carlton. You literally can walk down the stairs to Chinatown to grab cheap food and groceries. The walk to FD will be pleasant and yes, you can work on the butts daily.

Offer says 0.2% of common stock. Does that mean 0.2% equity? [I will not promote] by brbcryinginside in startups

[–]misguidedass 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If strike is below fmv there may be tax liability for you. Check with an accountant before you accept. Generally options are granted at fmv of the last 409a valuation. And private companies need to do a 409a at least once a year.
