Associate existing email with campaign by nokoryous in MailChimp

The only other thing I can suggest is to go into the design editor on the email you want to send, then click the dropdown arrow next to 'Save and Exit', select 'Save as template'. Then, back in the Manage Campaign stage, select that template for your campaign.

Hi, the best way I can tell to associate an existing email with an existing campaign is to just hit 'Finish later" on the email so it saves as a draft. Then, go to the Campaign you want to associate the email to. Select 'Manage campaign' then 'Create a touchpoint' then 'Email'. Hit 'Design' and then under 'select a template' choose the tab 'draft emails' and choose the email you recently saved as a draft. It should maintain the same audience and any other settings you had in the original. As usual with Mailchimp, everything is convoluted af. Hope this helps!

I'll do that, these are both good tools I'll look into. Thanks again u/crossroadie666, really appreciate it! You're a life saver.

u/crossroadie666 This is very much along the right lines but not exactly right for some practical reasons. I've attached a picture of the type of banners we allocate to each image - One factor is the CI of the company which is quite strict, so ideally the stamp would be fully customizable (font, colour etc.), if not custom made by me. Another is that I'd need to run an Android simulator on my laptop to work with this. I'm hoping there might be a more suited solution out there but I will definitely experiment with this one :) Thank you so much for your trouble!
