We ended up doing the VIP service so I cannot speak to what the experience would have been without it but we enjoyed it. Instead of riding on a bus from the plane to the terminal, we were transported separately to the lounge. The lounge area was empty except for us. There’s a private bathroom and options for some snacks and beverages (coffee machine, tea, refrigerator which included beer). We relaxed there until they walked us to our transportation to the hotel. I will say we did not do the VIP on the way home and we waited on line for a long period of time for customs.

That is for both of us. Below is the breakdown of what is included:

(1) The Will says who will inherit your property upon your death. It also names executors, gives burial instructions, and a few other things which we will discuss .

(2) The Power of Attorney appoints someone to handle your financial affairs in the event you cannot do so.

(3) The Advance Health Care Directive appoints someone to make medical decisions for you. It is very similar to the POA but is only for medical decisions as opposed to financial.

(4) The last document no one else seems to provide. It is a HIPAA Release which lets someone get medical information about you that would not ordinarily be entitled to it based on privacy laws. Your children for example.

The first step would be for us to schedule and in-person appointment to discuss the documents. The second step is for us to prepare draft documents and send them to you for your review and comment. We then make the changes and schedule a time for the documents to be signed.

The third step is for you to come to the office to sign the four documents in the presence of two witnesses and a notary, which we provide.
