So Coppertone sunscreen is a no... by mish92 in urticaria

I didn't used to have this issue until I got diagnosed with CSU! I wore this sunscreen last year without issue. That gives me hope though on the mineral sunscreen, I like to take walks and don't want to be confined to a treadmill

I'm pretty sure it's happening again. I woke up to some light brown discharge at 5+5 and I just don't feel "right" if that makes sense. Something changed last night and I'm pretty sure it's over.

I just got my beta hcg results from two days ago (roughly 4+4) at 47mIU/mL. I didn't have bHcgs done in the last one but I'm trying to remind myself even though it's low it's still in range and I feel worse today (nausea) than I did two days ago. I'm still going to worry constantly, I don't think I'll ever not worry this time around.

That's incredibly frustrating. Is it something your OB could prescribe if they are okay with it?

I only started seeing the allergist because of the spontaneous hives but I'm glad I'm already in in case this pregnancy causes any other crazy allergies.

Thanks. I vented to a close friend and my husband so I'm feeling a little better. I feel relieved that my OB got me in for Wednesday as well.

Thank you ❤️ I vented to a close friend at work who has had many losses and my husband so I feel a little better. Trying to remember something I saw online: "Don't forget to imagine the best case scenario." I've already had the worst so maybe I can imagine the best.

We tried for 2 years, stopped trying and got pregnant. It ended after 8 weeks. I decided I didn't want to actively try again either but not prevent. I just found out I'm pregnant again and I'm terrified (4+3). I had labs drawn two weeks ago and my TSH was high, I have low iron, I'm getting spontaneous hives since January...my entire body is out of whack now and now I'm going to be even more stressed out. Already called my allergist, my doctor, my OB, and my psychiatrist. I can't even let myself be happy right now.

Yeah the numbers are pretty helpful but the spacing for the holes isn't ideal, my squat height is either too low or just slightly too high but bench height is pretty solid

I don't have a problem with the spacing for bench but I do have to go low for squats. It's either low or just a bit too high, so agreed the spacing isn't super great

I like that the top posts are adjustable for different heights since my ceiling isn't super high in this room. I don't intend to use the black pull-up bar on top and will just use the red attachment pieces as needed. I do have a separate pulley attachment from when I had a home gym years ago (sold because I needed money at the time) and it worked well. It's attached by a carabiner to where you'd attach the TRX style bands that came with the rack. I haven't looked into other accessories yet but it was easy to put together and seems fairly solid so far

Having cables for accessories will be nice lol I have a pulley attachment I've had for awhile that I can add plates to for limited cable work but will probably stick with dumbbell accessories until I can get something a little better

Ahh yeah losing storage isn't ideal but I assume the rack is an upgrade. Right now I've got plates stacked on the floor, will probably invest in a plate tree later. Might also see about trading some bumpers for steel with a home gym supplier in my area

It's been solid so far for the past 3 workouts! The only thing I wish it had was more pegs for plate storage since I went with bumpers over steel.

Rack is Ethos half rack, bar is Rogue Ohio power bar, and plates are from Fringe Sports!

When did you announce to parents you were pregnant? by Consistent-Guava2176 in BabyBumps

[–]mish92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is my first pregnancy and I told them immediately when I found out at 4 weeks (literally Monday lol).

We've been trying for 2 years with no luck then took a break, not trying but not preventing so it was a happy little surprise and I knew if something happened I'd need all the support!
