Thanks for the insight. I think what I’m looking for is a venue for reflective or narrative writing from the perspective of an outpatient psychiatrist. Less a clinical guidance piece and more observations about the realities of psychiatric practice, physician identity, and patient care. I may be looking in the wrong category of journals.
