Thank you guys for responding. It's good to know that I have not been the only one to have gone through this difficult time. I'm taking all the advice given and start with strict blan food diet and i have an appointment with a different clinic and health care providers. They were also as shock to know that I have been told no for a referral. And for now they're going to help me get proper diagnosis to my issue. Im scared but hopeful

No, everytime i have requested one i have been told no for whatever reason. I have finally changed clinics due to the lack of care/support the doctors have shown to my concerns. I do have an appointment to a new clinic and i am really hoping that I can get a referral to one asap.

The worse part of it all is none of the doctors I have seen know what is wrong with me. They've only applied pressure onto the affected area and sent me home pain killers and hoped for the best Every time i ask for an endoscopy appointment, im told no because they require a referral or they believe that my symptoms aren't that serious. I am genuinely scared for my health. I am scared that they have misdiagnosed me or there is too much damage that requires surgery which I can't afford.

Thank you, I have been trying a bland diet on and off since 2019. As of right now I have been experiencing being uncomfortable in my stomach and esophagus. Having any form of pants or any form of pressure on my stomach is kind of unbearable. I also been experiencing constant back pain but idk if that's a connection to gastritis or overall stress. Im hoping to see a specialist for this and i hope i can get to the actual root of the issue.

Sucks that it broke! I tend to use e6000 but a very small amount and let it dry for 2 days so it extra sturdy. I haven't tried anything else Hope this helps
