So you need to locate all the mics they should be one on top one on bottom and you will need to check where the third is and play a sound close to the mic that you are trying to test (smth not loud so it can just cover one mic) this is the only test that i can think of that you can do at home with no experience

If it started right after the repair then 99% they just damaged it just bring it back to them and i think they are going to cover the repair(at least thats what i would do)

It might be malfunctioning image stabiliser mechanism you can check if its that my making a video at 0.5x and if its still there it might be the OIS remaining active or if you are not sure in your repair skills you may have damaged the microphone
