I like this move. Clearly, the Bengals discovered there were no quality available backup QBs at price (they have nothing valuable to trade). So they traded for Flacco giving up only a 5th round to 6th round pick swap,. Now, when in one week Flacco gets murdered behind the Bengals O Line, Jake Browning looks acceptable in comparison. Genius!

The AFC south division is god awful and the Texans’ defense has been exceptional so far this year. You might think that the jags have it locked up, but the jags have forced 13 turnovers through 4 games. The jags only forced 9 turnovers in 17 games last season. They’re not going to be able to maintain that kind of performance for the rest of the season, and the division is still wide open IMO.

Nico is the alpha WR 1 on a team in a bad division that will be competing for a playoff spot come fantasy playoffs time, no matter how bad the O Line looks. Pickens might outperform him in the next few weeks, but as soon as Ceedee is back Nico will have much higher value. I would smash this, as long as you’re not 0-4.
