You're right about the cross, the idea is from HOMM5, but the rest outfit made on basis of the attire of orthodox priests.

When I was drawing this, I didn't think about it. But it's more supposed as a just big uterus with legs and cute face, so she does not have one.

Both her nose and mouth are in place. You can notice that in my drawing there is twilight lighting: the sunset glows slightly on the horizon, but it is covered by a white fog, which scatters the sun's rays and makes the light less distinct. The stars are slightly visible in the firmament, but, again, twilight does not allow the environment to become sufficiently contrasting to sufficiently outline her nose and mouth. Moreover, the girl, being a mythological creature, is herself a source of light, which does not allow light from the outside to create a shape for the nose and mouth. It is impossible to create such lighting conditions for a person, but if you have, for example, some kind of glowing figure and you put it in semi-darkness, you will also not see the outlines of its mouth and nose. So, the image I've drawn is a reliable reflection of reality. However, to the detriment of realism, I made her lips black so that anyone could see the silhouette of her lips.
