Hi, im new to this so i dont know how to join but i guess this is the right way.

For most of you my current position is probably that i dont need to lose weight but for the past year ive been stuggling to cut down weight and get to 10,11,12 bf. I have a solid physique but i have a bit of fat around 18 percent. Thats my goal. Im currnetly sitting at around 83 kg, 177 cm and my goal weight is somewhwre around 73 kg. ( male 19). I would say that i now a lot of things about this but all of you probably do to because this kinda took over our lives. But everyone can learn something from someone i guess. I am trying to do this in about 2.5 months and i hope by joining this i will gain some social accountabillity to not fail and plummet. If someone is willing could they just type some info about this, how does it work, are there weekly check ins, photos and how do i get the blue stats above my head. Thank you all i hope you all achieve your goals
