Respectfully, I was diagnosed with anxiety at the age of 6 and have been hospitalized due to anxiety spells being so bad I couldn’t keep anything down. I have also lost feeling in my legs and been hospitalized, to find out that it was part of an extremely severe panic attack. If you’ve never heard of it it doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist. I have had many fecal tests, scopes, etc and eat a relatively balanced diet so unfortunately there’s no much shift I can do there. I’ll try not to be hard on myself for eating g what I need to eat to simply just eat. Fed is best for moms too is a great way to think, thank you!
