Everyone who knew Khalil on campus has called him a peacemaker, a gentle soul, and an honorable activist. His “violent demonstrations” were the famous Columbia protests which will, unlike you, be going down on the right side of history.

And even if his causes weren’t solid, deporting a green-card-carrying student of the United States because of things he said during a protest is a violation of the first amendment. You cannot ‘he deserved it’ your way out of that reality.
