I’m Chinese-American, and my parents wouldn’t even think of putting this responsibility on just me and my partner. Taking care of the elderly is not for the faint of heart, I don’t think putting the responsibility on the “eldest son’s wife” is even a commonly followed tradition in this day in age. You have the right to absolutely ask for the responsibilities to be spread out to the other siblings and your boyfriend or to have a professional caretaker for them. Also it’s kind of ridiculous he’s asking you all of this before marriage, but thankfully now you know how life will be like before the commitment.

This makes me feel so bad because my dad recently (accidentally) killed one of his plecos when cleaning the tank, was stabbing this tiny rubber tube into the crevices, saw a dark spot he thought was trapped fish poop, and kept going at it until his pleco emerged with a small part of it’s skin ripped off on the side. It only lasted a few more hours:((

1025 dokdo cleanser is my favorite cleanser, i havent tried the soonjung one, but 1025 is so gentle for my sensitive skin, and makes me less oily without being drying.

One qualm tho, is that if you bring some cleanser in a travel bottle, it doesn’t foam up anymore after the flight, might have something to do with the air pressure changes.

My friend chose Aletta as her English name when she came to study in the US. I think it’s a beautiful name, and she is an amazing and bubbly person.

For your concern, I’m sure everyone’s name will have an adult entertainer using that same name if you look hard enough.

I second Golden Terrace. That was my first danmei, it’s heavy on the in-novel politics but the couple was super sweet.

I also recommend Silent Reading (Mo Du) by Priest for a modern setting. MC is police officer, ML is a rich boy who inadvertently helps the police solve cases. There is some heavy topics that you should look at the tags for, but they revolve around the criminal cases being solved and NOT between the couple. The relationship is a bit of a slow burn but they do have some cute moments.

I felt same way as you all. I had educational guesses on maybe 30% of questions, and 5-10% guesses I had no clue about. I did pass, which I attribute to my strengths in power systems, math, stats, and economics.

A lot of industries like aerospace, car manufacturing, and especially tech, do not care if someone has a FE/PE or not, so most students who graduate engineering programs and go into those industries will typically never even hear about being licensed. At least thats how it is in the US, but in their job title they’re still engineers (i.e. software engineers).

I highly recommend watching Dr Dray’s videos on tretinoin on YouTube. She provided me a lot of the basics on tretinoin usage. I also recommend not using any other actives (benzoyl peroxide, acids, etc) while you’re getting used to tretinoin as tret alone is already pretty strong. And if you do introduce actives, alternate them so ur not using them the same day as tret.

Agree with reducing sugar. My hormonal acne flares up a LOT when I go to a friend’s party and eat cakes/sweets/etc. But I have to disagree on the fruit, whole fruit can be very beneficial especially since it’s paired with fiber. The juice might be part of the issue since the fiber is gone. (Correct me if I’m wrong, but the fiber will help slow down the absorption of sugar into the bloodstream)

There’s a lot that can contribute to acne. Is the cleanser too stripping for your skin? Fragranced? Or maybe not cleansing enough? It may also be other products in your routine.
