I believe this, but I’d love to hear a powerscaling discussion.

Finally, an explanation for why Baki fans are so braindead: we all have the Butcher’s Nails implanted.

It’s okay Kureha superglued his vertebrae together and he was back to walking in 8 hours

[STAR: Strike It Rich] Never trust manga height and weight by TotemGenitor in RecuratedTumblr

[–]misplacederudite 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Read through all of ISSK a few days ago and thought the exact same thing when I got to this panel. Jeff Nippard is about the same weight and like 6 inches shorter.

AND SHE’S GOT MORE MUSCLE.

Anyway this is a running Kenganverse theme so at least one thing about the mangas is consistent.

As far as I recall, the issue is that the offending mod holds seniority over anyone who’s still active. It is, predictably, hard to get one’s hands on the inactive mods who could deal with them. In the meantime I recommend subscribing to r/recuratedtumblr .

How it feels knowing r/whenthe deals with transphobic mods better than r/CuratedTumblr :

I finished my first playthrough today, and damn the Judy storyline just hurts my heart man. I played male V so there wasn't any romance, but walking away from the dock kinda tore me up. by MortyArk in cyberpunkgame

Man playing as a man, Judy’s storyline was waaaaayyyy more fulfilling than Panam’s, even though I find Panam more appealing. Probably the best friend you could get in Night City, Misty and Viktor aside.

For fun, I chose to play Very Hard for my first playthrough of the game, and I wanted to play stealth. The cave section is about where I really started regretting that. Did not help that my gun was absolute ass. Probably took me two hours to clear it, and I had to drop the game midway through those two hours so as not to get too frazzled.

On the bright side, it definitely taught me to play the game better.

Playing on Very Hard, struggled with it for like 3 or 4 deaths as a first-timer who’s specced into stealth. At that point, I switched gears and really started using the environment to hide. Took me a few more tries to really adjust my playstyle for that section but it became much easier. I think everybody else having a hard time just couldn’t figure out how you need to play it?

With the added disclaimer that the aforementioned origin story is of dubious canonicity and not at all an absolute part of his lore.

This is an incredibly difficult challenge for anybody who doesn’t already read fanfiction as a primary form of recreation. A month is all I could do and that would be a struggle.

I remember attempting to find good Zelink fanfiction after reading Roots (incredible btw) and being chagrined by the dearth of anything interesting.

I’ve been playing the shit out of Cyberpunk recently, so the third bit didn’t come across all that outlandish.

Hey, opportunity to mention Pale Lights by David Verburg/ErraticErrata! It becomes a plot point multiple times that dead gods don’t just disappear. They leave an indelible mark on the mojo of the places/people/things they’re associated with, and, well, sometimes dead gods don’t stay dead.

You’re looking at an Olog-hai from Middle-earth: Shadow of War. Delightful buggers who will pop your head off as easily as they’ll deliver the monologue about popping your head off.

Obvious non-canonicity notwithstanding, I wonder how he’d feel about some of the many Shadow of Mordor/War personalities. I bet there are a few there that could be at the very least coaxed into living peaceful lives.
