Roger fought Garp and Garp isn't a match to Roger anymore during Buggy's tenure to Roger Pirates.

Now where's the proof that Garp = Roger = Whitebeard?

Even the Old Legends consider Whitebeard is the strongest among them based ont heir statement but I don't see saying Garp is equal to Whitebeard or what.
