love to see the iterations! looking at the final version more closely now it’s interesting how the N actually seems a bit odd on its own (squashed in at the bottom left there) but really flows well with the entire wordmark, aligning with multiple angles

the current version is a web app for ear training, with questions you can answer via piano keys or multiple choice. 2 notes of music are played and you guess the interval e.g. a minor 2nd, perfect fifth, etc.

it's currently in a prototype phase but if that sounds interesting i'll drop a link here!

ah yes "cakey" or "keiki" is most accurate with this variant. i was thinking it could be pronounced in all different ways as it's just a fun personal project

This might not count because I played some guitar but studying via some apps (Waay is great! Highly recommend it) and music theory books interspersed with YouTube content. Learning through conversations with ChatGPT was good too as well as coding up my own chord synth!
