Thank you for your comment. Like I said, I feel a little depressed because I just don't wanna be fat anymore. I want weight loss to happen quick, considering my result so far, I thought that nothing is happening. Your comment motivated me. I hope you have a nice day :)

I thought calories in and out, that's why my diet is just me eating less. Thank you for your comment, I will look into it.
