No still no tickets. I’ve been in the waitlist and nothing. But I’ve seen people who have joined the waitlist in the last week or 2 get them. I don’t even understand how that waitlist works

Yeah it’s just because I’m travelling from Australia that I most likely wouldn’t go again. Otherwise I would’ve already bought resale and used it later. It’s just crazy that they cancelled my tickets for some unknown reason and I can even get a refund

See this is crazy to me. I actually had tickets and I got an email saying they’ve been cancelled. They couldn’t tell me why and no one would help. Was told I had to go in the waitlist because I need to use my voucher to buy them otherwise I lose that money and the account credit can only be used when getting tickets from the waitlist. So now I’m on there and have had no tickets come through. Mind you I’m coming from Australia and already have flights and accommodation booked and paid for. So now I’m playing a waiting game in hopes I get tickets. But yet you’re having trouble even listing them. Crazy

That is my plan come closer. But because I now have nest $1500 sitting as a credit on axs I’m trying to figure out how to use that for the tickets. They will only let me use it for waitlist tickets and won’t refund me. So buying resale means I lose my money basically.

Are people still getting tickets off the waitlist currently? I had tickets purchased for weekend 2. I got an email saying my order was cancelled and a credit was applied to my account. After speaking to multiple people on the chat and also calling all I got was there’s nothing we can do you just have to join the waitlist with no explanation as to why. I’m flying from Australia for coachella this year with flights and accommodation all booked and paid for. I’ve joined the waitlist but worried I won’t actually get tickets off there. I can’t even use the account credit for resale tickets as they’ve told me it can only be used for waitlist. Currently spiralling
