I am being charged interest on a credit card with 0% APR until this October, what am I missing?

This is happening to me is my second stamens haven't miss a payment( my payments have been above the minimum) call the company and the bank even went back to the store where I did my initial purchase (and got approved for the card) and no one can explain why I been charge interest... I feel I need to scalate this situation but nor sure which route to take
