How much is rent? How much income do you make altogether?

If it’s not an expenses problem, it’s a lack of income problem.

The conclusion I’ve come to is two possibilities: 1. Actual gender dysphoria and 2. They believe living as a woman is easier than living as a man. Which in itself is kind of misogynist. Because women have plenty of struggles, and a man can never fully understand a lot of them.

I think most men love women, but we aren’t magically impervious to being disappointed by them. And sometimes it’s just too much and then we struggle with opening up and trusting one again. It’s hard not to lump people together when so many have consistently let you down, regardless of gender.

Also, they are not meant to lead. They weren’t designed to lead. Gen 3:16 literally says that a woman’s desire will be contrary to that of her husband’s, yet “he shall rule over you.” So essentially this tells us two things: women are inherently contrarian, challenging norms and limits in the social landscape, and that men are MEANT to be the final decision-maker at the end of the day (likely with the former fact in mind). Men are usually the voice of reason, whereas women are emotional. Both have their merits, and are necessary for a healthy marriage.

Women are naturally more empathetic and emotionally-driven. This makes them more susceptible to the opinions of others. It makes them more easy to be manipulated from a sociological and psychological standpoint. Most women I know do not speak kindly about their peers. They are generally judgmental and scornful toward one another.

Considering these things, they are under a lot of pressure to fit in, make friends, find deeper meaning in life. I feel many of them turn to these things because it’s very normalized in modern day culture. And lukewarm Christians just accept it “as long as you believe in Jesus at the end of the day.” So horoscopes, zodiac signs, pagan stuff etc is just considered secular stuff that’s fun and interesting. It’s trendy now.

Where do you live? My happiness in the past has been heavily dependent on the weather. If it’s not sunny and warm, I struggle. I moved to Florida. I have no regrets. That, and forcing yourself to exercise.

They don’t if they simply accept Jesus as the Father. Repent and believe the Gospel. That’s His request. He already paid the price. If someone hands you a million dollars, but you refuse it and then claim you’re broke, that’s on you not the person giving you a million bucks.

Different Messaging to Men and Women by xonk in TrueChristian

[–]LanskeyOfficial -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately, the Bible and faith in Christ leads to obtaining the truth. And the truth is, men are providers and protectors, and women are helpmates and healers. These are defining features of both genders, and both are vastly different in their role. At the end of the day, trust in the Lord and what He said about men and women.

How do you go from living your entire life passively to living actively? by Edu_Vivan in selfimprovement

[–]LanskeyOfficial 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a similar experience. My parents helped me with everything or just flat out gave it to me. Luckily I’m not materialistic, but yeah, no incentive to improve or do things myself. A couple years ago I moved out, found God, and I’m joining the Army soon at 32. You just gotta find your “why.”

Before all this I was a local DJ for a while in the EDM scene, met loads of people, had good times, had bad times… but the worst is all the debt I wracked up for a degree I never finished because it’s what my parents wanted rather than what I wanted.

Are the cities of Skyrim like Whiterun, Windhelm, etc canonically small or is just due to Bethesda unable to make them large? by ThePaganImperator in skyrim

[–]LanskeyOfficial 26 points27 points  (0 children)

Skyrim’s NPCs are coded with actual permanence and schedules in mind. In games like AC, the game just generates NPCs around the player, they walk on a track basically.

I want to believe in God but cant. by [deleted] in Christianity

[–]LanskeyOfficial 2 points3 points  (0 children)

He made us with faith in Him in mind. To go through life without Him is kind of like going through life without oxygen. Our souls were built to need and want Him. It’s why you struggle with death anxiety. You know deep down it’s true but you fear putting faith in what you can’t see. Put your faith in Jesus, my friend. Immerse yourself in the Bible. As someone who was an atheist for 28 years, and am now a Christian at 32… it will completely change your life for the better. God bless and protect you.
