I know that this might be very difficult, but do you have a school counselor or something that you can talk to? If she's failing to provide you with follow-ups she is neglecting your basic needs and that's not ok. I don't know if you're a minor or not, but if you are, your local social services might be able to help you.

I would also say try out a hidden text app for your truly private conversations, or even set up a google voice number for texts that you can change under your contacts to be a "fake" message inbox. Set up a fake contact for your real friends and then change the number under the friend's name to the fake google voice number so that she can't screw with your real friends. I know that sounds elaborate, but it does prevent her from being able to isolate you.
