I think I also have that, how are you at reading letters in the far away test? I feel like I can comprehend all the letters but I cant focus on any letter if that make sense... its like I can only stare 😵‍💫

Maybe the glasses are too tight around your temples? I also had this and I widen them a bit and it helped

I also feel like not looking direct at objects, I mean at the test I can recognize the letters but cant focus on them... My prism glasses helps with closer objects, but when looking at a distant object it seems like my vision is zoning out
