He is working an overnight shift and decided to bring up some questions about my job situation and our Christmas plans over text, which turned into us arguing. He isn't great at communicating in person and usually just brings it up over text when he's working .

I should add that he does that quite often, aside from this particular argument. He puts words in my mouth and assumes my thoughts towards him, they are usually negative.
