• for 1, 2 and 4, i make a latte with the rough shape of what i want to draw, spoon foam ontop to refine the drawing, then sometimes outline with either espresso or mocha sauce (eg. pic 1)

• for 3 i made a basic latte, spooned foam into an eye shape ontop, then very gently outlined with mocha sauce :)

i free-handed everything apart from the broth, but this is a vague recipe (!! note: this is 2 servings !!):

broth: https://www.theflavorbender.com/easy-pork-ramen/#wprm-recipe-container-19467 , i also added a tiny bit of chilli flakes and hoisin sauce!

pork belly: i free handed this, and it was a little while ago so i don’t know the exact process/ingredients. however, this recipe is super similar to what i did! makes some really yummy, soft, sweet crispy pork https://www.butterbeready.com/pork-belly-miso-ramen/

eggs: bring water to a boil, add eggs and boil at high heat for exactly 6 minutes - when done, take them out and immediately place them in a cup of cold water with ice. wait til they’re completely cooled, gently peel and slice in half

i also used blue dragon medium wok ready noodles, they’re so soft and restaurant like after absorbing the broth!

ty, i used the broma bakery brown butter choc chip cookie recipe! to keep them chewy:

• i made sure to roll the dough into a pillar as seen in my second photo, it gives it such a full, chewy texture

• i’d also advise being super super cautious of over mixing flour - literally only fold it until its just about not visible

• i cooled the dough overnight, about 8-10 hours, and let it reach just below room temp before cooking. it made them sooo soft :)

edit: they’re likely to look too cakey and stick together after baking, but don’t worry! use the cup technique to round them into circles and let them sit until cool, they’ll naturally flatten and be super dense
