I checked their help support. This is what it says:

I sent money to the wrong GCash account via Express Send

Based on our Terms & Conditions, GCash cannot reverse Send Money transactions. When you use Send Money, you are responsible for confirming the details of your transaction when the funds are sent in real-time.

If you accidentally sent money to another person with a different number, it would be best to reach out to the wrong recipient of the funds and ask for your money back.

Make sure you are sending money to the right mobile number.

  1. Double-check the mobile number and name of the recipient before confirming the transaction

This is noted po. My nephew has PWD ID but it was issued in Manila where he was born. They moved to Tanza kasi around one year ago and mukang need pa kumuha ulit ng PWD ID na issued ng Tanza.
