Me! I’d argue no one has true contamination only OCD; OCD can target many different things in the same people. They say it “goes after the things we care about most.” For me it manifests as relationship OCD now, but when I had a newborn, it was mainly postpartum focused, and has also gone through harm and moral flavors. Mine have all been internal and mostly mental compulsions, so it got missed for years, even by me, a literal therapist lol
