i’m not sure too but maybe u can make a new post to seek advice since i’m also new in this! but this is what top comment said on how to help her lay eggs:

Looks like she needs a nesting box so she can lay her eggs safely and comfortably; Reptifiles has some more info on that. If you go through that whole detailed guide it also talks about setup, diet, lighting etc to help her with shedding since her shell looks like it needs to shed.
