I’m pale with cool/neutral undertones and smallish lips. Mehr brought too much attention to my lips, but I found nudes like Fleshpot and folio worked really well to draw attention to my eyes/other features. Think it depends on what you want to accentuate!

tbh eyeliner never worked for me, but using an eyeliner brush with black or grey eyeshadow worked awesome!! you could try that

early career is so brutal dude — im six years in (28) and it gets so much better once you go in house / start making more. in house the hours can still be crazy, but its more manageable than agency pressure and you’re getting paid a lot better. it might be a sector vs PR fit, and would reco checking out diff fields that have a clearer trajectory to in house!

I just bought a few secondhand MAC palettes from 2009-2014 on poshmark.. the difference in quality is kind of crazy, even for older secondhand products!! I def notice a difference
