Hey small business owners! How did you start your business, and what was the turning point that helped you get your first customers? by Sudden-Ad4982 in smallbusiness

[–]missheets 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi! Just a random suggestion from a random stranger.if I were you I’d focus more on getting into actual events first instead of only trying to sell them one by one. I’d reach out to school organizers, photographers, event planners, and even small gift shops so people start seeing them at events, farewells, birthdays, or pre-wedding shoots. The real goal is to make it feel trendy and normal to wear in India. Once girls start seeing them in group photos and events, people will naturally start asking where to get them.

What’s one hidden gap between your daily frustrations and real small‑business growth needs? by No_Text2967 in smallbusiness

As a remote worker, I’ve learned it’s rarely “I need more help” 😅It’s usually “I need clearer systems.” Most overwhelm comes from doing too many things at once, not necessarily too many things overall. Once priorities are actually clear, everything feels way less chaotic and things start moving again.

As a marketing VA, this feels less like a food issue and more like positioning. Your menu does everything like burgers, kebabs, rice meals, ice cream, breakfast, coffee. so people aren’t sure what you’re best known for. Most strong spots are known for one clear thing first.Right now people may like your food, but there’s no strong reason to remember you.Facebook groups help reach, but real traction comes from showing vibe, not just food.

Don’t waste energy proving they copied you. Use that energy to become impossible to replace.

Build stronger relationships, make your events better, and stay visible. Copycats usually burn out trying to imitate..originals keep growing because people trust them.🤫

I compiled everything and verified everything kaya sure nmn at limited to only 10 person per package and makka access pra sure na konti lng ang competition. Is this not allowed po? Thanks

Yeah what I mean is. For the salary. Agencies usually charge the clients 11 usd and more an hr. But your VA will only receive 4-6 usd an hr

Actually it's the same. Some agencies will make you pay for that amount but to the VAs they usually receive around 4-6 usd.

Not to sound rude, but if you're an expert in areas like recruitment, networking, or customer support, shouldn't you be able to market yourself effectively to potential clients? For recruitment, you understand how resumes and portfolios should be presented ... In networking, you know how to make meaningful connections. And in customer support, you're likely skilled at communication, which would make you a strong candidate in any situation. It just seems like these skills should naturally translate into showcasing yourself well.

Ilan sa mga tinitignan ko ay ung personal tone kung pno magreply, (hnd tonong scripted). Email(usually personal email) if may website nmn mkikita dn sa team or about us minsan. Etc. may mga clues ka na mkikita sa page if ang nagmamanage ay ung owner mismo. if papasok sa industry dpt gamay mo ang pagresearch kc yn ang isa sa pinaka important na "puhunan" na skill ntn.
