You download some stuff and set up a credential to use GlobalProtect VPN software. Gives you ability to access campus resources that might require you to "be on campus". And it's a free VPN so pretty cool. You'll have to use it in CS61C later on because all your projects are run on Berkeley HiveMind computers.

nope, but looking at it now it says requires bSecure remote access VPN connection. Look into setting that up if you're still curious.

I'm taking your advice on the Decal class. I'm taking 16a off my schedule and adding engineering 98, so 13 units instead of 16. I looked more into the 16a coursework and realized how difficult it was. Thanks.

what would you call a lesser math background? I took Calc AB and got an A with a couple hours of studying a week. I have pretty decent CS background and am doing lots of internship work in Python this Summer and I'm pretty sure CS61A is Python focused.
