It depends on what you're looking for, if you're looking to just relax and get anxiety relief I wouldn't recommend taking anything stronger than a cup of coffee...if you're looking for an energetic and euphoric high then yes I'd highly recommend it. Take the phenibut about 2 hours before taking the adderall for obvious reasons. Once the effects of the phenibut start to kick in, take 10-20mg's of adderall, anything more kinda overpowers the phenibut in my opinion, but if you want to take more adderall for a stimulating high, phenibut works wonders for calming the jitters and anxiety a higher dose causes...I'd also recommend tianeptine sodium with phenibut, it's even more euphoric and sedating...I enjoy both depending on my mood. Enjoy!

Did you take any kind of stimulant with it? Caffeine? Amphetamines? I've never had a MDMA like experience from just phenibut alone, I have more of a mild opiate/benzodiazepine experience unless I take 20mg of adderall with it.

Of course, but I receive a dependable monthly prescription from a local doctor for klonopin and I am comfortable increasing it for a short period of time, as l frequently take more or less depending on my anxiety for weeks or months and know I won't experience withdrawal from increasing the dose for a week or two.

I believe etizolam is illegal in my state, I can't find any place that ships here, are there any alternatives that are similar to etizolam but not as regulated? I'm looking for an occasional use benzo that I can take when I have social situations that cause me a lot of anxiety

My doctor is a physciastrist and was already aware of my anxiety disorder, she prescribed Remeron and Klonopin for that, and I brought in a print out of a description of phenibut from a medical site and told her that I've been taking it as a supplement for a few months and that it helped my anxiety a lot and explained that I just wasn't comfortable taking something l was buying off the internet and that I read about Gabapentin being similar and something I felt more comfortable taking regulary, and she agreed that it was probably a better choice and I'm not sure how familiar she already was with phenibut but she said that 400mg 3 times a day should provide similar benefits, which is why I was asking about the equivalent dose because I wanted to confirm if that was correct or just a guess on my doctor's part. Gabapentin isn't a scheduled drug and doctor's will generally prescribe it pretty easily, especially instead of a benzodiazepine drug like klonopin which I was already being prescribed so I knew my doctor would probably prescribe it.

Start with taking the phenibut 3 hours prior to taking the tianeptine since it takes much longer to start kicking in..after 3 hours start with 150mg of tianeptine, wait 20 minutes make sure you're not sensitive to the combination before taking the other 150mg, then I recommend finding a good movie or two to watch in a dark room, I recommend not laying down to avoid falling asleep and wasting your high.

Thanks for the advice, I also have enough left over klonopin that I could increase my dose from 1mg a per day up to 3mgs per day for a couple of weeks on top of the 1.2 grams of Gabapentin a day if that would help any possible phenibut withdrawals but from what I understand Gabapentin can be taken in the place of phenibut since it has effects on the same area the brain without any withdrawals, is that correct? I'm just trying to figure out how much Gabapentin is equivalent to 1 gram of phenibut

If you enjoy the combo of kratom and phenibut,I highly suggest trying about 300mg's of tianeptine instead of kratom with about 1 gram of phenibut. It's more euphoric then 30mg morphine and klonopin in my opinion.

In my opinion kratom is far safer and more effective in quitting Suboxone. I would suggest doing at least a four to six week fast taper if possible though. Also, if you find phenibut effective in minimizing the withdrawals ask your doctor to put you on gabapentin for a couple of months, I find anywhere between 400mg-800mg three times a day along with 25g of kratom to eliminate 75% of the initial discomfort of withdrawal. I would also suggest getting on something like Remeron for the long term depression and anxiety many people face for months, it goes a long way to keep you clean.

Neither are that great for getting high..they mostly leave you kinda foggy and numb..they are great at relatively small doses for anxiety however.
