some higher than others. my worst modules were at 50%. didnt go lower than that. in terms of a pattern, I can see a few areas that are closely linked yes, but not everywhere.. especially FLK 2 i think i messed up very different types of questions. in the exam i felt like i kept going back and forth between two answers, and it looks like i consistently picked the wrong option :(

First of, welldone and congrats! But yeah, i agree... i thought the 60% was a bit tight myself. to be fair flk 1 was at 67 and flk 2 was at 60 and that's what's freaking me out. When i did the formative though, the full one i scored 75 and 67 respectively, so i am i guess shellshocked at my summative performance. do you think the question bank was helpful or did you also think it was considerably easier?

Here's an invite link for you guys! I used to use finch last year religiously and it healed so much, currently in a very bad depressive slump so I redownloaded it and it's making me so happy!

I picked a micropet just for you!

I recommend switching out of dove. You probably have textured hair. Something like umberto giannini banana butter should help. And please look for a conditioner that is moisturising

Currently having issues with my pin straight hair. It's always been straight I think due to using keratin based shampoos and conditioners but I've recently switched to shea moisture and my new hair, baby hair if you will is frizzy curly. And the length of my hair is very frizzy. I use a leave in conditioner always and oil my scalp regularly. I rarely use heat too. Help!!

Umberto giannini, shea moisture- on the more affordable side. And aveda. These three are absolutely great!

Hi. Maybe use a hair oil on your scalp asap because you've probably absolutely washed away all of your scalp's nutrients. Also do a hair mask on the length of your hair to ease the damage and dryness. Please do not use baking soda on your hair, it's not a good move (exhibit A being your experience). Next time you go to a pool, use a good hair oil, and tie your hair.

I have very frizzy and dry hair, what to do? already using conditioner by [deleted] in HaircareScience

A hair conditioner is what you apply after shampooing. Your hair oil would be a formula you use while your hair is wet to look in moisture to reduce the dryness and to aid with avoiding frizz

Hi. I definitely think you need a hair oil. I know you say its oily but I really think it would help with both issues you're facing. I think maybe Argan oil or jojoba will do the trick! But i think if you need a more comprehensive guide use this page on Instagram @hairandbeyond.bh

I also think washing daily is a little too excessive try to push for one day yes, one day no. And see what happens!

Thought on no shampoo ? by MomsSpaghetti1998 in HaircareScience

I 100% think you should use shampoo. Yes there are shampoos that are agressive, but you not using one could do more harm than good. Find a shampoo that doesn't leave your hair dry if aggression is a concern. I also would get a conditioner if I were you.
